Terms & Conditions of Booking All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate non-refundable deposit. Bookings not paid in full by 14 days prior to the event will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by Dewars Centre. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of of guests attending. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party. All additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure. We require your final numbers 14 days before the event, this will be minimum amount charged. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any date for any reason, alternative dates will be offered or monies refunded. Please note our discos will be using smoke machines and flashing lights. |
