The aim of the Try Curling Weekend is to offer non-curlers the opportunity to learn a new skill and gain the knowledge to enable them to enjoy the sport of curling in a relaxed and sociable environment. The Weekend will also be beneficial to those who may have curled a little previously who are looking to develop their skills.
A qualified RCCC Coach will be allocated to each group and will deliver a variety of on-ice curling sessions and classroom sessions catered to new curlers. Sessions will cover delivery basics, sweeping, tactics, player responsibilities, as well as a number of other areas.
The cost includes:
· A full programme from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon
· An extensive Coaching Programme with handouts
· 2 nights Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at the Ramada Perth (Single Supplement £20)
· Morning Coffee, Lunch and Afternoon Coffee on Saturday and Sunday
